This workshop focuses on enabling participants to design and organize hackathons within companies, from formulating challenges and forming teams, to transforming ideas into practical and applicable solutions, thereby contributing to improved performance and increased strategic efficiency.

The workshop focuses on accurately diagnosing the organization’s situation, identifying the root causes of problems, uncovering untapped opportunities, and then formulating realistic and actionable rescue solutions. It also covers rapid implementation mechanisms, performance indicators, and building emergency response teams, enabling leaders to regain control and effectively lead the transformation.

The workshop addresses the design, structure, and activation of the council, reviewing global models, governance mechanisms and executive support, in addition to selecting members, defining their competencies, and linking them to decision-making and performance indicators, in order to ensure a sustainable strategic impact without conflict with operational management.

The workshop explores digital leadership concepts, performance analytics tools, and artificial intelligence applications in forecasting and decision-making, using real-world organizational models.
